Delete inside the app
Open Daily English Mission, go to Profile or Account settings, tap Delete Account and complete the confirmation steps. This is the recommended primary deletion path.

Delete your Daily English Mission account
You can delete your account from inside the mobile app, by using the form on this page, or by emailing us from the address linked to your account.
Request by form or email
If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion form on this page or email info@dailyenglishmission.com from the email linked to your account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting the account.
Deletion timeline
After verification, account data that is not legally required to be retained is usually deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Some records may be kept for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or app-store subscription compliance.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Daily English Mission account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription from your store account settings.
